1. If you have to cancel your booking you must notify us immediately.

 

2. Cancellations are validated only when acknowledged by ETM Executive Cars (by email).

 

3. Cancellation and refunds:

 

Cancellation must be 48 hours or more before the trip departure: ETM Executive Cars will refund you 100% of any monies paid minus fees we paid to World Pay or bank. Notification after this time will be subject to ETM Executive Cars discretion.

 

4. We shall not make refunds in any other circumstances. In particular, no refund will be made after the scheduled date or time of pickup. Missed pickups shall be treated as cancellations. This does not apply to delays in flights and other transport links where a pick up is still made.

 

6. We cannot be responsibility for any delays; failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.
